    I'm experiencing the same issue. I've tried all suggestions in this page but none worked.

    I've also created a new vault and that syncs perfectly.

    Hi @pablovarela

    I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble. Could you please provide some context here? To get started, please let me know:

    • Are you using a 1Password membership?
    • What version(s) of 1Password are you using on which platform(s)?
    • What is the name of the vault that isn't syncing? Is it 'Primary'?
    • Do you have a vault called 'Primary' on any of your devices?

    Hi, Ben

    I ended up fixing it with some help from your twitter colleagues and trying some ideas I saw in the fora. What I did was the following:

    • Created a new vault that synced all right
    • Looked what was the last change on the iMac that had synced
    • Copied all newer items to the new vault and checked that they synced correctly
    • Logged out from 1Password for iMac and logged back in
    • The items that had not synced were gone from the Private vault but they were still in the new vault.
    • I copied them to the Private vault and they synced correctly
    • Everything seems to be working now
