My wife cannot see our shared vault

My wife accepted my email invitation to our family 1Password account. She has set up her account on her iMac, iPhone and laptop. She is unable to see our shared vault.
Your webpage says you will send a confirmation email to me once she is logged in. When does this happen and when will she be able to use the Shared Vault?

    It sounds as if you may not have approved the final stage of the invite and her account is in a pending approval state. Try visiting the invite page and see if that happens to be the case. If so, you would only need to approve the invite and then she should be able to view the Shared Vault.

    Hi. I did that already and have no pending confirmations.

    Is this the default Shared Vault or perhaps another vault you created to share with her? If that's the case, make sure she has been added to the vault.
