the admin account is frozen and won't let me log in

Long story short
- I created the 1 pswd account back in 2018
- I made accounts for my co-workers
- I left the company
- Now I'm back and the account is frozen
- I have the admin secret key and password but no luck
- I can access the account from my co-workers login but only so far; cannot get into the admin and figure out why it won't log in
What can be done?
