Trying to sync old vault on android phone to new membership on phone and MacBook Pro

I have had a vault for many years. I went in today and it said my account was locked, so I purchased a membership. Problem is - my vault from my android phone does not show on up on MacBook pro when I log in.

    I am not sure if my problem posted - so I am reposting:
