Paying 3.99 instead of 2.99

I can see on my invoice that I am paying 3.99 monthly (4.99 with danish tax), but on the front page the plan is listed at 2.99. I don't see an option to change to the 2.99 plan. Under 'Billing' on my profile I am only able to change to a family og teams plan

    Is this the difference between paying monthly and annually? I don't know enough about billing to be sure, but suspect this is the reason.
