No response code from server

Installing and signing into 1Password on iOS for iPad and iPhone, and I get an error "No response code from server"
Please help. How can I reset the app on my devices so I can sign in without an issue. Have tried signing in with cell service on both devices and wifi. I do not have a fancy router or firewall or antivirus so not sure what the issue is.

    How are you syncing your data? Are you using a 1Password membership? If so, do you have the correct details filled in on your log in screen? The details would be similar to this:

    Sign In address = https://my.1Password.com
    Email address = your email address
    Your Secret Key = Your Secret Key
    Master Password = Master Password

    Please do not provide those details here. We do not need to know your Master Password or Secret Key.

    If you are not using a 1Password.com membership, you would need to select one of the other options on the initial setup screen.
