iPad requests Master password, iPhone not

Hi,
I am using 1Password on iPhone XR and iPad 2018 (both iOS14). On iPhone I haven‘t been asked to enter the master password for „years“ (face-ID works fine), but on iPad I am asked to type the master password a lot more often than touch-ID worked. Just now when I tried to enter my Amz account via Safari 1P asked for the master password.
Is it a known issue or am I doing something wrong?

    Please try setting 1Password > Settings > Advanced > Security > Always show lock screen for Password AutoFill on. Also please see if launching the main 1Password application and unlocking there will allow subsequent unlocks via Password AutoFill to unlock with Face ID. Is
