Just realised that my 1password desktop app on windows has not managed to sync in some time, I currently have 36 passwords sat in offline changes and have no idea what is blocking it!

1Password Version: 7.6.787
Extension Version: 4.7.5.90
OS Version: Windows 10.0.19041 Build 19041
Sync Type: 1password

    Thank you for reporting this!

    Did you happen to enable 2FA for your 1Password account and dismiss 2FA prompt in 1Password 7 for Windows? Please let me know.

    In addition to that, please create a Diagnostics Report from 1Password 7 where you see these offline changes:

    Sending Diagnostics Reports (Windows)

    Attach the Diagnostics Report to an email message addressed to support+windows@1password.com. Please do not post your Diagnostic Report in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your report in our inbox.     Hi @Greg

    I do have 2fa enabled but I dont remember dismissing it on the desktop app (though I dont remember the last time I saw 2fa for the desktop app)

    I have just sent over the logs now!
