Problem installing the app on W10

in 1Password 7 for Windows

When I try to install the app, I just get a blank white box with "Welcome" in the top left hand corner. Then the installation hangs up. I've tried uninstalling and removing all the 1Password folders but it just does the same thing each time.

    Thank you for reaching out and reporting this!

    It sounds like there might be something going on here that's preventing 1Password for Windows from being installed properly.

    Can you double-check to make sure you have the latest version of the .NET Framework Runtime installed on your machine using the link below? It's something we've certainly seen cause an issue like this one in the past.

    Download .NET Framework Runtime 4.8

    If that doesn't seem to do the trick, can you go ahead and shoot me and my team an email over to support+windows@1password.com and reference this forum thread somewhere in the email so we can link things up on our end?
