Context-sensitive username formatting?

Active Directory, oy. Right now I have my Active Directory credentials stored in multiple different entries in 1Password because different servers demand different formats for my username:

username
domain\username
username@domain.tld

This obviously has some drawbacks. The most notable (to me) are the concern it provokes by WatchTower and the fact that whenever my password changes, I have to go in and update multiple entries.

Does anyone have a better solution than mine? Is there some cool new feature coming down the pipeline?
