1Password Mac v7.7 frozen, firefox/safari extensions don't work, can't edit passwords

v 7.7 Mac frozen, can't log into any website. Firefox & Safari extensions don't work. Each time extenstion is tried, a dialog box entitled "Welcome to 1Password 7" opens and blocks app. The dialog box forces user to sign up for membership. I purchased a license and don't need a membership! This is mission critical - can't do my work without the app.
