Help!!! "No Results" for my question it says

Can't open 1Password. Pop-up says"can't open data because another copy of 1Password is using my 1Password data. Have be waiting on !Password's reply in regard to two accounts in my name: Keith Nelson account and kbnnelson's family account.

    Do you have 1Password set as a startup item? If so, right-click on the 1Password 7 icon in the dock > Options > uncheck, Open at Login. Another possibility is you have an attached drive and macOS has started an incorrect copy. Are you using any cloning or backup software?
