Password generated on a page not the same as Password Generator in the app

I would like to know how I can produce passwords in the app's Password Generator function with the same algorithm as the ones used in forms, on websites? PG in the app is totally random, but in forms, there is a "sanity" to it, that uses "pronounceable" words.

    You can get a similar result by setting the password generator in 1Password X to use memorable words:
