Family not seeing all entries on their vault

Using 1password with my family. Added entries on their vault but they only see few entries. Not all of them.

    Where are they seeing the missing entries? On the 1Password.com website or in one of the 1Password apps?

    Hi, on application (on their equipments. Phone and desktop).
    Haven't tried via Web for them.

    As primary account I can see all on apps and web.
