There is no sync icon on my Mac app preferences??

My 1Password7 app on my iMac running Big Sur does not show a "Sync" icon in the preferences menu. I cannot sync my iPhone Xs with my Mac any more. I recently had to re-install Big Sur after a computer glitch.
