unable to verify extension for chrome on mac

i kept getting this prompt when i opened the chrome browser and i will lose the auto fill function even though i have disable the chrome autofill function through setting menu . i will need to remove and readd the extension to get back that auto fill function

    Please try the following.

    1. Quit your browser.
    2. Completely quit 1Password. * Look for our helper in the menu bar near the WiFi indicator and the clock. Right-click on the helper and select quit 1Password completely.
    3. Wait a few seconds and then open 1Password from the Dock or the Applications folder before opening your browser.
