I want to find an overwritten password for an item.
Nothing appears below "Check for vulnerable passwords" in the pop-up of the item.
I cannot see the item history anywhere on the 1Password7 app.

    @Gallegor

    1. Select the desired login item.
    2. On the line with the current password at the end click the downward facing arrow.
    3. Click View Password History
    • If you have concealed passwords enabled.
      Press the option key for a quick reveal of the password. Release the key to hide it again.

    Thank you, ag_tommy, but when I do that "View Password History" does not appear. Only "Reveal" "Show in large type" and "Check for vulnerable password" are available. Even when I do that in the open program, not only on the navigator extension.

    If View Password History is not shown, it would seem there is no password history for this item. That's how I would expect a new item to act and older logins that have never had the password changed. Did you save the new password within this item? Perhaps you generated the password and did not update your item. You could try looking in the password section.

    I found it in the password section. Thank you again.

  • I'm glad you found what you needed.
