At least once a day, I change my lock time to 180 minutes, select 1password to be my default program and turn on check weak passwords.
Each day it is set back;.

    It sounds like you may have your browser set up to clear your cache each day, as those settings are stored in your browser's local storage. Could you double check your browser's settings and see if it's set to clear local storage?
