Two Usernames for the same login

I have a login that I can use on different sites (via LDAP). It is the same login on all pages - if the password is changed it affects all pages.
My problem: On some sites I have to enter my username as user, on some sites it is my email address (email address = user@xyz.com).
Can 1Password suggest me the correct username for the respective page without me having to create two logins for it?

    Hey @Gerrit78 ,

The short answer is no. 1Password is designed to use the main "username" field in the login item on a page first, so there's no way to have two username fields and have it ask you which one you want.

I believe having two login items is the correct way to go here, just make sure to name them uniquely so that it will be super easy to differentiate which is which, then autofilling would be a breeze as 1Password will ask you which login item you'd like to autofill. Might as well put the username in the login's title which will accomplish what you are asking for here :)
