I have previously purchased 1password7 single account and can't bring up the correct page to change

I have downloaded 1Password7 for the second time, as when I try to open it from the taskbar icon at the bottom of my screen, it opens the page showing "Watchtower" and my cloud account but NOT the page where there should be an icon "EdIT" so I can change my passwords if I wish.?

    You mentioned previously purchased 1Password 7. Are you using the Mac App Store version of 1Password? If so, it does not support our licenses. Without a valid license, you may be in read-only mode. If that's the case, you'll need to switch to the website version.

    Are you using a membership or a license? Perhaps I have misunderstood your question?
