AppStore has no option to upgrade to family plan.

Hi!
I’m sitting here doing something doing what every good sun and daughter do during the holidays: helping older relatives with technology. ;)

I want to upgrade my individual plan to a family plan and none of the solutions I’ve tried have worked.

My subscription via AppStore but here’s where it gets annoying. There are, as you can see, four options! We’re done. But not.

However, individual plans were the only two available options...
I even tried canceling my subscription and starting it again.

Then I found this! Hallelujah!

Only I see nothing on my screen that hints at any sort of ‘add friends’ switch or lever I only see this:

Im sure there is something ridiculous I should have figured out in minutes.

But for the sake of my sanity, please help me. All these forgotten passwords etc are driving me nuts! 🤩
