Update new version for app will lost the old license?

I bought the app on 13 Oct 2015, today I just update the app so I lost a license that i have before and now I have to pay a new one. Please check it for me if I can have my old license back

    Can you please clarify what you mean by "lost a license". Is the license information not stored in your 1Password item anymore, as you showed in your screenshot?
