Why does 1Password ask me to save an existing password?

Attempting to log into my Synology Router (remotely). Credentials stored correctly in 1Password. I log in, but after the username/password page, and again after the 2FA page, 1Password prompts me to save the password. There's no reason to do this--the information is unchanged and it worked to log me in. Is there a reason that 1Password would ask to save the information on each page? This gets frustrating/old. Thanks!

    Hi @kengetz!

    Perhaps something changed on the Synology login page, that makes 1Password think it's a different website. Does the same thing happen if you create a new temporary Synology login item, as a test?
