How do I get my agilekeychain to move to an opVault?

I have new Mac and my Dropbox folder is still in keychain format. The same question was discussed here: https://1password.community/discussion/97341/how-do-i-get-my-agilekeychain-to-move-to-an-opvault
The problem is, I don't have an option to add new standalone valut! There are two options - "Search my Mac" and "Load from backup". Im using 1password also on iPhone but not sure if from there is possible to change the keychain to opValut.
