My iMac running Big Sur is not showing the Apple Watch Option in 7.7

After installing the latest version (7.7) from the Apple App Store, I do not see the Apple Watch feature. I am running Big Sur on an iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2017). Big Sur is at version 11.1. See the attached screenshot.

    Apple Watch Unlock is only supported on Macs that have a Secure Enclave. We feel the sensitive nature of storing your passwords and other important information warrants the use of the additional security provided by the Secure Enclave.
