Passwords in my vault cannot be changed/updated (chrome)- i get server cannot be accessed msg

I have onepassword installed on my laptop, iphone and ipad. At one time they were synchronized.
Now when a website that has been stored in my vault requires a password update, and I tell onepassowrd to save the updated password, i get message that the passwords cannot be updated(in onepassword) - because it cannot access the server.
So basically, I have been updating password that are NO longer save in onepassword. Help!
i cannot update anything in the vault nor sync my devices.

Thanks for getting this on our radar. Can you try visiting https://start.1password.com? Are you asked to sign into your 1Password account? If so, go ahead and do so, and that should re-authenticate your account (especially if you're asked for MFA). Other than that, it'd be helpful to see a copy of your 1Password X log, if you're up for it. You can find the instructions for how to grab that here.
