How does one import passwords from (1) Sticky Password and (2) Data Vault

I am trying to import passwords presently kept in Sticky Password to 1Password. How may this be accomplished?

    The converter suite has both datavault and stickypassword converters that you can use. Start by following the directions in the thread.
