Split page entry of username and password is not working. I followed support instruction and it is simply not operative. Any clues?

Hi @Pistasz57! Welcome to the forum!

Can you please give us some information on your setup, so we can test the website too?

    • 1Password Version
    • Extension Version
    • Browser and browser version
    • Operating system version
    • URL of the website

I followed support instruction and it is simply not operative.

Can you please elaborate on this? What do you mean by "not operative"?

Followed support instructions for split page username/password sign in including trying to sign in as two separate pages and it did not work. It does not autofill. Would appreciate further instructions to make this work.

    1. Visit the page.
    2. Fill the login name and click the 1Password extension in the browser toolbar.
    3. Click new login from the gear in the upper right-hand corner.
    4. Click Login on the page.
    5. Fill the password.
    6. Click the 1Password extension in the browser toolbar.
    7. Click new login from the gear in the upper right-hand corner.
    8. When you are prompted to update or create new, use the option for update.

I was able to fill both a test username and password on the site.

    • Note the login page for me changes to https://extpga01.chubb.com/login?GAURI=https://extpga01.chubb.com/GetAccess/Saml/IDP/SSO/Redirect? you may need to add that URL to your saved login for Chubb. I needed to add this to my test login to get 1Password to recognize the page.
