I just put in my cc for 14 day trial and can't install the software on my computer windows 10.

For first try this is sad. Can't install your app on windows 10. Nothing happens. So now I need to delete my account I just made 2 mins. ago. Worried it will be a problem since I am deleting it so soon. Making software that can't install doesn't inspire trust and I see I'm not the only one unable to install the software :(

    Can you elaborate on what you mean by "nothing happens"? Where do you get stuck exactly?
