fingerprint unlock on android not working
When I attempt to use biometric unlock on Android, the app seems to recognize my fingerprint but just freezes up, it does not unlock. There is no way to proceed. When I click back to exit the enter master password window shows very briefly and then the app closes. The only way I can get past this window and open the app is to do enough 'failed' attempts for biometric access to become disabled, then I can enter my password. I have un- and re-installed the app, it did not help
