Credit card month not being completed on camper.com

On camper.com, when completing credit card info, all is added except the expiry month.

    Hi @garyhooper!

    Thank you very much for bringing this to our attention. I went to camper.com and got to the payment form and was able to confirm that we're not properly filling the month part of the expiration date. I've filed an issue so we can get it fixed in the future :smile:.
