My trial period has completed. I’m trying to switch to individual account and subscribe and I see the following error:

Failed to switch to an individual account.
ServerError: 438

    Hello,

    I have a family account but I'm the only one to use it so I would like to switch to an individual account. But every time I try to do it I get this error message "Failed to switch to an individual account" ServerError : 438
    Could you please help me with that?
