New account: Does annual subscription still apply?

My wife has forgotten her Master Password and we have no way to recover it. We have deleted her account and plan to make a new one (or upgrade mine to a Family Plan and add her to it), but we have been paying for an annual subscription through the iTunes store and she still has a number of months left that she has already paid for. Is there a way to make a new account that utilizes this annual subscription without us having to double pay?

    Sorry to hear about the forgotten Master Password. Our billing team should be able to help arrange something here. Please shoot them an email at support@1password.com and they'll be happy to help. :)

    In terms of moving forward I'd recommend considering moving to 1Password Families, as Family Organizers can help other family members with recovery should credentials be forgotten/lost:

    Recover accounts for family or team members

    This is not possible with individual memberships. I hope that helps!
