Can you decide when the setup email to users goes out?

We would like to send out all the setup emails at the same time. Can you choose when to send out the account information such as select an exact date/time? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    I'm sorry to keep you waiting. The team tells me this is not possible. However, if you are provisioning via an identity provider, and the assignment to the 1Password application for all users occurs at the same time, all the users will be created at nearly the same time and therefore all emails will be sent out at nearly the same time. You could batch a rollout this way. (IT team, then sales, etc.)
