New Samsung phone issues

I recently upgraded my Samsung phone to a new Samsung phone. I used Smart Switch to transfer all the data and apps from the old phone. 1Password appeared to transfer together with all my login data. When I start an app (i.e. Ameritrade) the app does not open with the 1Password window to enter my master password. I am able to directly open 1Password and select Ameritrade and Login happens correctly. Any advice on this problem?
