Trouble accessing 1Password on Safari and Chrome

I had a good situation where I had a drop down menu that has 1Password as a selection, and it worked fine, My problem seemed to start when I added another gmail account with the idea of getting rid of my original one. Since then I only on Safari get mini choice on my drop down menu and usually I still have to type in the name of the site. I do not seem to be able to download the extension on Safari. I'd appreciate any reference or advice to help.

Extension Version: 4.7.5.90
OS Version: I OS Catalina
Sync Type: ICloud

    Can you please clarify this? It sounds like you are able to see the 1Password dropdown menu in Safari, but you then say that you cannot download the extension for Safari. Is the 1Password extension already installed in Safari or not?
