How do I access my account?

hi. I purchased 1password in 2011 and used several versions before they went to the subscription model. Which I purchased for a year, but was never able to access the account because of a "secret key" which I never found. now, I cannot access my 1password account, except on my Iphone, but I cannot get it to sync with my computer or dropbox account. Over the past 6 years, I went through various rounds of Qs with tech support--to no luck. And so I am trying again once more in 2021.

Any tips/recommendations on how to get 1Password back in action?
