Can I be a family and a team?

I am a current Family plan subscriber. 1Password is such a great tool for my family. It's so helpful I also want to use the Teams for my small business with 2 users (including me.) Can I keep my family account and also have a teams subscription for my business?

If so, can I keep my current account/login or would I have to create a second login and profile?
