Chrome issue since updating to Big Sur 11.2.3

In Chrome (89.0.4389.82) on Big Sur 11.2.3 my browser extension quit working. After reinstalling, it's acting like LastPass and makes me edit passwords on my.1password.com instead of the native app. How can I use it like it always has been before? I'm unable to access the my.1password.com domain from work and prefer the previous functionality.
