1Password for iOS Crashes when adding a new item and attaching/linking a file.

We have 1Password for Business and when we go to create/save new items (secure notes) with attachments/linked files 1Password crashes. Is this a known issue?

1Password Version: 7.7.1 for iOS
Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: iOS 14.4.1
Sync Type: 1Password.com
