Password referencing between items

Hello, within my company I have a situation where I have one login for multiple environments/sites. The problem I face is that for one site I have to login with my username and in the other with my email. Anyone an idea how to do this?

I rather not make two logins with the same password. Referencing the password in one item in the other item sounds like my preferred method, but I don't know if that is possible.

    Two logins would likely be the best approach at this time. I would name the distinctively so as to avoid confusion.

    You may be able to list both sites within your login and have 1Password in the browser fill it correctly. Have you given that a try?
