Whitelist/exclude certain logins from Watchtower

OverDrive and Libby, which are the two apps/websites used by public libraries have a library card number where you username would be, and a four digit pin where your password would be. Obviously this isn't very secure, and many of these four digit pins will be reported by Watchtower as "vulnerable".
However, there's nothing we can do about this, so I'd love to be able to clear them out of Watchtower.
