The TD Ameritrade iOS mobile app Thinkorswim does not generate a 1Password entry point. You are forced to open the 1Password App and copy and paste your username and password. Is there anyway to get it to work with 1Password..?

Yes, if the developers of the app add support for associated domains, 1Password will start offering logins inside that app automatically afterwards :)
