custommer support not responding my emails

I have been trying to reach out your customer support for 3 days! I emailed you several times feom both your email address and through your contact form. I want to cancel my membership and get my full refund because i forgot to deactivate my subscription last year and 3 days ago it has been charged me again. I'm not using this app for months, but nobody seems to interested in my problem here? can somebody please explain why you are not giving me any response??

    Thank you for the update! I see your messages in the system. I also see that my colleague Arturo has replied to you already on Saturday, so I will let you continue the conversation over there. Keep in mind that the last two days it was a weekend, so we have less people online, and replies can take a little bit longer.
