    I came looking for this same answer. I'm trying to disable autosave prompts from 1Password for http://localhost:3000, but I'm not having any luck.

    Can you confirm what version of the 1Password browser extension you are using in your browser?

    Chrome seems to successfully ignore the site, but Safari still offers to save passwords. Below are some screenshots showing the browser extension versions.
