There should be an internet connection if you chose Safe mode with networking (and not just "Safe mode"), so that's rather odd.
In any case, let us know if you are able to reproduce the issue on a different browser.

I use the edge browser since more than a week and the problem does no longer occur. But the edge browser is not very convenient, so I would like to use firefox again. Do you have a good idea what to do to avoid the problem with firefox?

Thanks for the update.If the issue does not occur in Edge, then it is obviously an issue that exists somewhere between Firefox and deutsche bank website (where 1Password may or may not affect the situation). I don't really have a lead to what else we can try that we haven't already, aside from just trying to play with settings in Firefox until you accidentally stumble upon a setting that relates to the issue, but that's a long shot.
