Failed sign in for 1password.com on new computer

I can't sign in to 1password.com on my new Mac mini 1m. I have the required information...email, secret key, and password. I even changed my password. I did not transfer any apps ( or their data) from from old iMac computer to my new computer because I might have had compromised data. So I'm working from scratch.

    Hi @szbrase!

    Can you let us know what the error message says exactly? Also, is this happening in the 1Password for Mac desktop app, or on the 1Password.com website?
