[Bug] 1Password not auto-filing in Customer ID in Westpac Online Banking Login

Hello,

When using the Westpac online banking website (https://www.westpac.com.au), the 'Online Banking - Personal' login page does not autofill the Customer ID, it auto-fills the password only.

Replication Steps
1. Go to https://www.westpac.com.au
2. Click 'Sign In' next to the dropdown which says 'Online Banking - Personal'
3. Try to autofill your Customer ID and Password
4. The system just auto-fills the password only

Can you please investigate?

    Hey @aladeen ,

When I saved a new login for this website, the username field indeed remained empty in the new login item, but it saved the username field as a custom field under the password and it did autofill both fields correctly.

Can you please try saving a new login as follows:

    1. Open your 1Password and delete the current login item you have for this website (copy the username/password to a temporary location if you don't know them by heart).
    2. Get to the website's login page.
    3. Manually fill in your username and password into the fields, then click the "Save in 1Password" button and save it as a new login.
    4. Refresh the page, then try to autofill using the new login you just saved, see if it autofills both fields correctly.

The reason why this is happening on that website is because the username field is actually a fake dummy field, and the real username field is hidden. Not sure why they decided to do it that way, but we're done trying to argue with banking websites
