iOS 2FA prompts

Using face ID as well. Why do I get the 2FA prompt every now and then. If I'm authenticating with my biometrics on an already approved device I do not expect to go through the 2FA route again. This should for new devices or unusual logins.
What is going on and how often am I going to have to jump through this loop? It's been 2 days with 1Password and it's not been a good start. So much wrong.

    That's not what I would expect to happen. I'd like to ask you to create a diagnostics report from your device and let us take a look at the logs. Something seems amiss.
