Autocomplete is not working for me on Ohio National's login page. How do I fix?

Here: https://idp.ohionational.net/secureauth40/

I noticed that autocomplete=off is set on both of those fields, but I read another post saying that 1Password and most browsers just ignore that attribute.

So, is the missing functionality an issue with the website? Or is 1Password having trouble recognizing the forms / inputs?

    Hey @ansipes!

The autocomplete="off" attribute only minimizes the inline menu. The icon should still be visible. I'm able to see the icon and inline menu in both fields when I test using the beta version of 1Password for your browser. This means we have a fix in the pipeline.

If you're up for it, you're welcome to give 1Password beta a try: https://1password.com/downloads/mac/#beta-downloads

Otherwise, you should be able to click the 1Password icon in your browser toolbar and choose "Autofill" from there. This should achieve what you're after until the fix is available in our stable release.

Okay, so I gave the beta a shot!

So far, I'm seeing the same behavior I was experiencing before (I did disable the other 1Password extension). I wasn't super specific in my previous post, and I apologize for that.

Here's what it looks like for me (username redacted):

I'm getting the 1Password icon on the right, and the dropdown username selector like you described. But when I select that username, it only fills in the username field. When I select the password field, it prompts me to generate a password, instead of using the one I have stored (username redacted):

I also tried clicking the Autofill button in the 1Password extension drop down from Chrome toolbar. This resulted in the same state shown in figure 1: an autofilled username but an empty password field.

So, an update / more specifics on my issue is that 1Password recognizes the password field on this form, but prompts to create a new password instead of autocompleting it with my already saved password.

Given this extra bit of info, do you have any other things I could try?

Can you try manually saving a new Login item and see if that improves your filling experience?
